Here is your chance to really fly. Experience true free-fall conditions, just like a real skydive. The time it takes for each skydive is like falling through the air from 12,000 to 3,000 feet! At one-fifth the cost of a tandem jump, iFly Singapore is unbeatable value.

Who Can Fly

Flyers must be 7 years of age and above; 120 kg maximum if under 1.8m tall, 140 kg maximum if over 1.8 m tall
Not pregnant
Have no hard casts
Is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Have no history of shoulder dislocation, back or neck injury or heart problems

Waiver Form:

All flyers must complete the Waiver Form
Flyers below 18 years of age need signed permission from parent of guardian

Pre-Flight Requirements

Flyers are required to check in 1 hour prior to the flight time as all flyers need to attend professional training to ensure safety throughout flight experience
You must be able to comfortably wear one of our helmets
Be attired in T-shirts, shorts, jeans or pants.
Ladies are advised not to dress in skirts or dresses
Wear closed-toe shoes with laces, preferably sneakers / track shoes. (charge of S$4.00 for a pair of iFly Singapore Socks and rental of a pair of sneakers)
Avoid wearing accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, etc.
Strictly NO photography / videography is allowed directly in front of wind tunnel.

How to Redeem

Option 1: Show the valid eVoucher(s) to iFly Singapore counter to book for your flight. Flight will be subjected to availability.

Option 2: Advance reservation request is required (at least 3 working days in advance) and booking confirmation will be subjected to availability.

Please attach valid eVoucher(s), stating preferred flight date, flight time, number of participant(s), full name(s) and date of birth(s).

Any reservation request without valid eVoucher(s) will be denied.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

No rescheduling on the day of flight
Any rescheduling required before the day of flight shall have a charge of S$30.00 per flyer
Any no shows or rescheduling on the day of flight shall be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee. No show is defined as being late for check-in
There shall strictly be no refund for any flight cancellation, no show or late check-in
In the event that iFly Singapore exercises any discretion for refund for exceptional cases, there shall be an administrative fee of S$ 30.00 to be charged. This shall include situations such as but not limited to wrong booking, double booking, medical condition, etc

Soar high above the two destinations through the sky on the most scenic highway in Singapore for priceless views. Fly high above the hill from Faber Peak Singapore, through a skyscraper and cross the harbour on the Mount Faber Line before landing in Sentosa Island. Along the way, look out for the dolphins down below at Resorts World Sentosa’s Adventure Cove WaterPark!

Then journey over the jungle, sand and sea on the Sentosa Line which will take you to dozens of attractions on Sentosa, also known as the State of Fun. Choose your stop at the Merlion station, Imbiah Lookout station and Siloso Point station to enjoy the sandy beaches, Underwater World Singapore, Madame Tussauds, Megazip Adventure Park, Skyline Luge Sentosa, 4-D AdventureLand, Tiger Sky Tower, Universal Studios Singapore and the S.E.A. Aquarium.

Please note that the following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to your e-purchases. By confirming your purchase, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

All ticket prices are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and inclusive of 7% Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Island Admission and Transport charges payable separately.
This ticket is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended under any circumstances.
Tickets are not to be used for touting purpose.
Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old. Free admission for children below 4 years old, unless otherwise stated. Mount Faber Leisure Group Pte. Ltd. (MFLG) reserves the right to request for presentation of documents for verification of age.
All tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. A Minimum purchase of thirty (30) pieces of ticket per transaction.
All completed and confirmed transactions CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED OR AMENDED under any circumstances.
Please contact your travel agent if the redemption code provided is deemed to be invalid or if you require any changes. Any changes will be subjected to availability.
If more tickets are required at the point of redemption, we recommend that you contact your travel agent or simply purchase them at published rates over at our ticketing counters.
Travel Agents (TA) shall sell One Faber Group (1FG) products in the form of singular product or bundle to inbound foreign arrivals ONLY. TA shall sell the products to inbound or foreign arrivals ONLY (i.e. visitors to Singapore), TA may also sell the products to sub-agents, but only at the same TA Rates. In such instances, TA shall ensure that its sub-agents sell the products at a rate no less than the Minimum Selling Rate.
For revalidation of expired tickets, an administrative charge of SGD $1.00 per ticket applies. All revalidated tickets are valid for three (03) months from the date of the original expiry date.
Rates, operating hours and policies are subjected to revision from time to time and One Faber Group reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.
Ticket redemption of online purchase must be made at the Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counters (as below), unless otherwise stated.
MFLG reserves the right to disallow redemption if required documents are inadequately furnished.
MFLG reserves the right to cancel or amend the product offerings at its discretion, without any refunds or compensation, in the event of unfavourable weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.
By accepting admission, you understand that there are inherent hazards such as weather and fire in the activities and hereby agree and accept the risks of the aforesaid hazards. You further agree to release MFLG from liabilities and responsibilities for any personal injury, loss or damage, which you may incur.
MFLG reserves the right to make changes at its discretion and amend or add to the T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

Governing the Use of Tickets

All guests must present a valid ticket to staff manning the island or attraction’s admission points or the outlet staff to avail the services or products indicated on the tickets.
Individual procedures, policies and regulations governing the individual attractions and outlets shall prevail.
MFLG and the respective attractions and outlets reserve the right to decline and refuse any person(s) the services or products stated on the tickets should it deem or suspect any violation or infringement of the use of ticket.
For tickets that include meals at restaurants or outlets for group size with more than 15 pax, prior reservation is required at the respective restaurants or outlets.
It is the sole responsibility of the One Faber Group’s Partner to ensure the usage of the tickets is in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein and/or that as may be amended, varied or supplemented by MFLG and/or its partners.

Guests will need to show their e-ticket with QR code or any redeemed physical tickets for verification before proceeding to Sentosa Cove for scheduled departure.
All guests are to gather 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure, on date of visit, at the 7-Eleven (#02-12), located at Sentosa Cove village, 1 Cove Avenue Singapore 098537

Safety Information

A mandatory safety briefing will be done on board the vessel before departure.
You will need to know the required information and safety features of the yacht.
Basic insurance will be provided for paying passengers.
Mandatory safety life jackets are provided on board.
For safety reasons, we DO NOT accommodate infants and toddlers of up to 3 years.
In case of bad weather conditions, you will still need to be present at Sentosa Cove.
Depending on the severity of the weather, delayed sail time may occur.
The yacht after going through mandatory stringent safety checks by the Marine Port Authority of Singapore, is certified and licensed to carry 24 passengers inclusive of 2 working crews

Important Note

All guests are to gather 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure, on date of visit, at the 7-Eleven (#02-12), located at Sentosa Cove Village.
Kindly take note that embarking and disembarking is at Sentosa Cove.
Booking cannot be postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled unless in the event of inclement weather. Please note, no refunds or credits will be issued when there is “No Show” by guest.
No celebrations of birthdays, marriage proposal or any other kind of events are allowed during these cruises.
No outside food and drinks are allowed to be brought onboard and to be consumed.
Please be punctual on the date of visit as this is a scheduled cruise, the yacht operator will departure as per scheduled cruise time.
We will not call anyone on-site to check your arrival time and we will proceed accordingly to the departure time. As a result, there won’t be any reschedule or refund will be given to late comers.
Guest MUST be fully vaccinated and children age 12 and below MUST be from same household.
