Where is the meeting point for the activities?

Do I need to arrive early for my booking?

Participants should arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
No on-site calls will be made to verify your arrival time, and we will depart based on the scheduled departure time. Consequently, latecomers or “No Show” guests will not be eligible for rescheduling or given refunds or credits.

What do I need to bring for admission?

Participants must present their valid tickets and provide their names (stated on the reservation/booking) for verification purposes. Receipt / Invoice are not accepted.

Are there age restrictions?

Participants interested in taking part in the activities must be between the ages of 3 and 70. Yachtcruisesg retains the authority to deny access to any individual who does not fulfill the requirements for participation.

Who is not allowed to join the activities?

Individuals with medical conditions (Eg: high blood pressure, epilepsy, neck and back problems), expectant mothers and limited physical mobility or those in wheelchairs are not allowed. Yachtcruisesg retains the authority to deny access to any individual who does not fulfill the requirements for participation.

What is the dress code?

Participants are to dress in casual and comfortable attire. 
We reserve the right to refuse entry of participants who are not dressed appropriately.

Can I bring drone, handy cam and video equipment on board?

Only mobile phones are allowed for video recording/photo taking on board. Other media equipment is not permitted, as this is a shared experience and not intended for personal filming purposes.

Can I wear shoes on board?

Participants are required to remove and place their footwear in the designated area before boarding.

Do you have a locker or storage space for our belongings?

Rental lockers and storage space are not provided. It is recommended for participants to pack and travel lightly.

Can I bring pet on board?

No. All our activities and vessels are not pet-friendly.

Can I bring food and beverages?

No outside food and drinks are allowed to be consumed on board.

Can I have a celebration during the activity?

No celebrations or any other kind of events are allowed on board.

Can I bring  stackable, foldable and wheeled items such as stroller, wagon, luggage on board?

No large items are allowed on board. All our activities are designated for passengers only.

Is the activity shared or private?

All activities are shared experiences unless specified otherwise. Therefore, it is not recommended for individuals with personal agendas or commercial purposes.

Will I get wet from the activity?

It is possible. You might want to bring an extra set of clothes or a small towel.

What are your operating and non-operating hours?

Operating Hours: Tue to Sun 9am to 6pm
Non-Operating Hours: 11.30am to 2pm

What are your office hours?

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 12.30pm

Tickets and Reservations

What should I know before buying the ticket?

Before purchasing tickets, guests must read and accept the terms and conditions for participating in our activities. 

Can I buy tickets online?

Tickets are available via our official website and authorized online booking platforms.

Can I buy tickets through other websites?

Yachtcruisesg does not condone the on-selling or purchasing of tickets through unauthorized sellers. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any third-party reseller.

What is a fixed-date ticket?

A fixed-date ticket is a ticket that is valid solely for the specified date and time of booking.

Are the tickets exchangeable or refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once issued. No refunds or reschedules will be permitted for latecomer, no-show or change of mind.

What should I keep in mind when making a reservation?

Make sure you provide a contact that we can reach you at in case of any changes to your reservation. Also, double-check that you have chosen the correct time slot for the activity, as changes are not permitted once the reservation is confirmed.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?

A ticket is required for all individuals who wish to take part in the activities. Please note that no child tickets are available and tickets are sold at a standard rate.

What if I have extra Pax who wish to join the activity?

If you have an extra individual who wants to join the activity and there are still spots open, you can buy a ticket with cash at the meeting point at the regular price.

How can I confirm my reservation after purchasing my ticket?

Please contact us via email at [email protected] or SMS/WhatsApp at +6592313939 with your ticket details if you purchased your ticket from authorized online booking platforms and would like to confirm or secure a slot. We will gladly help you verify your reservation and make the reservation based on availability.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
We strongly recommend that you make a reservation for your preferred time slot. As our capacity is limited, If you arrive without a reservation or activities stated as no reservation required, please be informed that we cannot guarantee immediate or same-day admission as slot availability is on a first-come first-served basis.
What ACTIVITIES DO WE NEED TO MAKE RERSERVATION?

All activities must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance due to capacity limits based on headcount.
Walk-ins, with or without a valid ticket or Fun Pass admission, are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; however, instant or same-day entry is not guaranteed.

Why is my reservation not received by the operator?

Authorized online booking platforms may have their own reservation system that does not directly connect with our system. This means that when you book a reservation through these platforms, the information may not automatically sync with us. We strongly recommend that you contact us to check on your reservation.

WHY I CHOSE MY PREFERRED TIME SLOT, GOT CONFIRMATION YET OPERATOR SAY NOT AVAILABLE?

Tickets are available for purchase on multiple platforms, and time slot availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to meeting the minimum required number of participants for the event to proceed.

Why is my booked activity not confirmed?

There is a minimum number of participants needed for all activities to take place. If an activity is not confirmed, we will notify you at least 48 hours beforehand.

What will happen to my ticket if I don’t use it on the scheduled visit date and time?

The ticket will be considered expired.

WHAT IF I BUY TICKET BUT THE SLOTS FOR THE DAY ARE FULL?

The ticket can be utilized before expiration.

Can I reschedule my reservation?

Once a reservation is confirmed, rescheduling requests will not be accommodated under any circumstances as seats are already secured and reserved.

What is your cancellation policy?

No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.

Boarding and Safety Information

Where is the embark and disembark location?

The embark and disembark location will be at Sentosa Cove, One Degree15 Marina. 

What is the maximum capacity on board?

For Speed Boat tours, the maximum capacity varies from 8 to 10 Passengers depending on the activities.
For Yacht tours, the maximum capacity varies from 16 to 18 Passengers depending on the activities.

How do I know if I am at the correct location?

Please look out for our meeting point counter or the blue standee, along with our staff on duty.
If you have trouble finding us, feel free to WhatsApp us at +65 9231 3939. You may also ask a passerby for directions by mentioning nearby landmarks such as Cold Storage, 7-Eleven, or Little Farms.

Are the vessels handicap accessible?

Our vessels are not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs or any other devices used for mobility assistance.

Is there pre-assigned seating for my booking?

Seating is on a free-seating basis, but our crew/captain will assist with arrangements once you are on board. Please note that seat rotation may be required to ensure all guests get to enjoy different parts of the experience.

CAN I REQUEST FOR STORAGE SPACE BEFORE BOARDING?

We provide services for passengers only, and because of limited space, we cannot accommodate storage or large items (such as strollers, foldable bicycles, and trolleys) on board.

Will there be a safety briefing before boarding?

A mandatory safety briefing will be done before departure.
You will need to know the required information and safety features of the vessel.

Will there be safety life jacket?

Mandatory safety life jackets are available on board. While wearing them is not required, you may request assistance from the captain if you wish to wear one before departure.

Do I need to accompany my child to the activity?

Children under the age of 12 must always be under the supervision of an adult caregiver to ensure their safety at all times. The ratio is 1:2.

Weather & Rescheduling

What happens if the weather forecast indicates bad weather on the date of my visit?

The weather is uncertain and beyond our control, and we are only able to provide you with updates on the day of your visit.

What happens if there is bad weather during my private charter trip?

Yacht charters are rain-or-shine events. In the event, that you are out at sea and it’s starting to rain, do head for shelter if needed, there is no return policy, and once the return trip is requested by the guests, the charter is considered completed.

What happens if there is bad weather?

In case of bad weather conditions, you will still need to be present at the meeting point. Delays in sailing time may occur depending on the severity of the weather.

What happens if during THE rescheduled trip and the weather conditions are not favourable?

We will extend for another 14 days from the rescheduled date. You must revisit within the extended period.

What if I am no longer interested in coming for the activity, can I ask for refund?

All tickets and bookings are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once issued.

Fun Pass Token Redemption

What activity are covered under the Sentosa fun pass?

(A) Southern Islands Speedboat Tour.
(B) Sentosa Cove to Seringat Ferry Round Trip Transfer Service.

How many tokens are required?

(A) 35 tokens per participant being child or adult.
(B) 20 tokens per participant being child or adult.

Can i use different passes to redeem for the activity?

You may redeem the number of participants wanting to join the activity by using multiple passes, as long as there are enough tokens in the passes.

Can I combine passes to make up tokens?

You cannot combine passes to make up tokens. The validator only allows the actual number of tokens allowed per redemption pass.

If I don’t have enough tokens, can I make up the difference with cash?

We are unable to take cash as the remaining tokens as the redemption must be made entirely in tokens. 

If I don’t have enough tokens and wish to join the activity?

You can make a ticket purchase at the site through cash payment. The ticket price is SGD$39 per person for Speed Boat Tour and SGD$25 per pax for Transfer Service.

Can I top up the fun pass token at the meeting point?

Fun pass tokens can be topped up exclusively at the designated Sentosa Ticketing Counters.

Do you accept walk in?

Walk-ins for Southern Islands Speedboat Tour are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, please be aware that instant and same-day admission cannot be guaranteed.

Where can I find the reservation link?
We do not provide a separate reservation link for our activities. Reservations are confirmed upon ticket purchase except for fun pass.
How can I make a reservation?
You can contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or messaging us on SMS / WhatsApp at +6592313939 during our office hours.
We can help you check for available slots. Once you confirm your slot, we will redeem the tokens first and send you a confirmation email or message.
What if I change my mind after confirmation?

Once tokens have been redeemed, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credits. You are free to decide whether or not to participate in the activity, as seats will be reserved for you.

Can I reschedule my reservation?

Once a reservation is confirmed, rescheduling requests will not be accommodated under any circumstances as seats are already secured and reserved.

What if I am late for my trip?

Your trip will be considered as completed. Latecomers or “No Show” guests will not be eligible for rescheduling or given refunds or credits.
