How do I make reservations?
You can make your reservations either online, through your travel agents or you may call us at +65 9231 3939 between 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Must I pay when I make the reservation?
Full payment is required in order to guarantee your reservation. You can do this online or over the phone with Reservations are not refundable or transferrable.

I do not have a credit card. Can I make a reservation?
Yes we do accept Inter Bank Transfer.

How long in advance do you recommend that I make my reservation?
Reservations are open for 60 calendar days.
Mondays till Fridays only. Weekends and Public Holidays are not available at this moment.



What is included in the price of my booking?
All entry fees to the island. Use of Private Yacht. Licensed tourist guide will be present on board. Refreshments will be served.  You will be covered by our Insurance based on coverage required by our Local Agencies.

Do you offer for senior or child discounts?
Sorry to inform you that we do not offer any discounts at this point of time.

Where or how do I receive my bookings?
Bookings will be sent to you via emails. Please do make sure you key in your email address correctly.



What is the frequency of the cruise?
There are 3 slots a day from Mondays to Fridays. This excludes Weekends and Public Holidays. The time slots are, 10:00am, 3:00pm and 5.30pm. Each cruise will be around 2.5 hours. 

What do I get to see on this cruise?
We will sail from Keppel Marina towards Pulau Hantu, Palau Semakau, Sisters Islands, St John Island, Lazarus Island, Kusu Island and back to Keppel Marina. You will be giving a Guided tour on your cruise.



Is the vessel handicap accessible?
We are sorry Our Private Yacht is not designed for wheelchairs or any other modes used for handicap mobility.

Is there pre-assigned seating for my booking?
It’s a free seating basis. Once on board Our Crew will advise accordingly.

May I bring my devices on board?
Yes, you may bring your own devices but we do not take any liabilities if there’s any damage or lost of equipment while on board. Strictly drones are not allowed.

Where does the yacht dock and depart from?
Our yacht is moored at One 15 Marina Club. All trips will originate from here and ends here.

What if there’s bad weather.
In the event if there’s bad weather, you are still required to be present at One 15 Marina Club. The Captain will decide if there’s a delay in departure. If the delay in departure exceeds more than 1 hour of waiting, the Captain at his discretion will decide to cancel or to proceed. If there is a cancellation, full refunds will be given to passengers present at One 15 Marina Club only.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Our cancellation policy states that once tickets are sold/purchased they are non -refundable or transferable.



Do you offer private charters?
Yes, we do private charters according to clients requirements. You may wish to contact our office personal. Our office operating hours is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
