Reservations

How do I make reservations?

You can make your reservations either via online, your travel agents or you may call us at direct +65 9231 3939 between 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Must I pay when I make the reservation?

Full payment is required in order to guarantee your reservation slot. Payment can be done online via Bank Transfer. Once payment has been made, it will be non-refundable or transferrable.

I do not have a credit card. Can I make a reservation?

Yes you are still able to do so. Just contact the yacht booking team at +65 9231 3939 and they will assist you accordingly.

Bookings

What is included in the price of my booking?

All entry fees to the island, use of private yacht and licensed tour guide. You will also be covered by our Insurance based on coverage as required by local authorities.

Do you offer for senior or child discounts?

Our apologies as we do not offer any discounts at this point of time.

Where or how do I receive my bookings?

All confirmed bookings will be sent to you via email. Please do ensure that your email address is correctly keyed in.

Boarding Process

What is the maximum capacity on board?

The maximum capacity is 16 pax excluding the Yacht Captain, Crew and Tour Guide, as per Safe Measure Management guidelines.

Is the vessel handicap accessible?

Our yacht is not designed for wheelchairs or any other modes used for handicap mobility.

Where does the yacht dock and depart from?

Our yacht is berthed at Sentosa Cove One Degree15 Marina. All trips will depart from and back to One Degreee15 Marina .

Where is the pickup point?

Outside 7-Eleven located at Sentosa Cove Plaza, 11 Cove Drive, #02-12. Singapore 098497.

Guests are recommended to arrive 15 minutes before reporting time. Do take note, that bus frequency from Beach Station is every 15 minutes and the bus ride to Sentosa Cove will take between 15 to 20 minutes. As there are other guests onboard, the sail will depart on time and not wait for any late-comers. NO rescheduling or refunds will be extended to late-comers and no shows.

Is there pre-assigned seating for my booking?

It is on a free seating basis, however, once on board our crew will arrange accordingly based on Safe Management Measures.

May I bring my devices on board?

Yes, you may bring your own devices but we do not take any liabilities if there is any damage or loss of equipment while on board. Drones are not strictly not allowed.

Will I get wet from this activity?

Yes, there is a possibility you may get wet. Do kindly bring an extra set of clothing or you may request for a poncho before boarding.

Weather, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

What if there’s bad weather?

This is a rain or shine event unless in the event of thunderstorm or lightning subjected to Captain decision. The tour will be re-scheduled should there be any cancellation due to bad weather.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Our cancellation policy states that once tickets are sold/purchased they are non -refundable or transferable.

General

Do you allow walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins. Tickets are required to be purchased prior to sail.

Are there any health and age requirements?

Not recommended for expectant mothers, guest with heart conditions and those over 60.
