Tickets & Reservations
- Guests are to gather 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, on the date of the visit at the meeting point with valid tickets. Invoices or Receipts are not accepted for admission.
- All activities embarking and disembarking are at Sentosa Cove, One 15 Marina.
- Tickets and Tokens are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold for cash.
- Tickets are valid for 1 person only – rides cannot be shared.
- Prior reservation is required for all the activities, as slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Instant and same-day admission cannot be guaranteed.
- Booking cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or postponed unless an unanticipated circumstance arises, such as inclement weather.
- Rescheduling requests will not be accommodated under any circumstances as seats are already secured and reserved.
- Guests who are unable to utilize the tickets due to bad weather conditions, will be given one month from the date of visit to reschedule. No refunds or credits will be issued.
- All activities are shared experiences, not a private charter.
- Smoking and Pets are not allowed.
- No celebrations or any other kind of events are allowed during these tour cruises.
- Personal or commercial agendas are not permitted during the activities. We reserve the right to cancel the booking without refunds or compensation and charge a fee as a private booking.
- No outside food and drinks are allowed to be brought onboard and to be consumed.
- We provide services for passengers only, and because of limited space, we cannot accommodate storage or large items (such as strollers, foldable bicycles, and trolleys) on board.
- Footwear is strictly not allowed onboard. Guests are required to remove and place their footwear in the designated area before boarding.
- Free admission for children is not available.
- Please be punctual on the date of the visit.
No on-site calls will be made to verify your arrival time, and we will depart based on the scheduled departure time. Consequently, latecomers or “No Show” guests will not be eligible for rescheduling or given refunds or credits. - Guests must be in attendance regardless of the weather conditions unless notified by management in advance of any changes.
If the Captain chooses to postpone the activities, the administrative team will get in touch with you to arrange the rescheduled trip, which will be valid for one month from the original visit date. It is essential that you make your revisit within this one-month period. - Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy and limited physical mobility or those in wheelchairs are not advised to participate in this activity.
- For safety reasons, we do not accommodate children under the age of 3 and elderly above the age of 70.
- Safety instructions must be strictly followed at all times.
- Children under the age of 12 must always be under the supervision of an adult caregiver to ensure their safety at all times.

- All guests to Yachtcruisesg by Fish2go Pte Ltd agree to comply with the terms and conditions, Code of Conduct and safety regulations for all activities, and hereby accepts to assume full responsibility for any damage or injury of any nature arising from negligence or any other cause whatsoever, which he/she may suffer or cause to others and hereby holds Yachtcruisesg by Fish2go Pte Ltd free of all legal liabilities.
- Yachtcruisesg by Fish2go Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the product offerings at its discretion, without any refunds or compensation, in the event of unfavourable weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.
- Yachtcruisesg by Fish2go Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the code of conduct to leave without a refund.
- Yachtcruisesg by Fish2go Pte Ltd reserves the right to make changes at its discretion and amend or add to the T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
- Rates, operating hours and policies are subject to revision from time to time and Yachtcruisesg by Fish2go Pte Ltd reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.
- Island Admission and Transport charges are payable separately.
